We are accepting self pay clients and the beauty of self pay is there are no diagnoses sent to your insurance company. Many people choose privacy and don't want their insurance company knowing their life story. Self Pay is a great option for this.
Currently, I am no longer taking insurance. I know that might be difficult or a barrier to therapy for you, but the video below explains why!
I will give any client a receipt to give to their insurance company. Many insurance companies/plans with either reimburse you or apply the amount to your deductible.
Typically therapists don't say what their self-pay rate is and I understand why, but I value transparency. The market rate for the area I'm in, the amount of experience I have, and the education I have is $125-$150.
I want to try to be affordable and have therapy be accessible to people so I am sticking to the low end of that. My self-pay rate is $125.
Please reach out with any questions!
Here's what clients say (shared with confidentiality and permission):
"I enjoy working with Brooke so much. She's so easy to talk to and she doesn't just stare and listen like other therapists have. A.R.T is also the best thing at resolving problems quickly! I really couldn't believe it!"
"I'm really glad I found her. Brooke has been a breath of fresh air and I enjoy laughing in sessions. I felt so stuck with other counselors, but Brooke pushed me beyond my stuckness and actually gave me tools."
"A.R.T. A.R.T. A.R.T. !!!! Oh my gosh, if you're tired of traditional talk therapy, you've gotta try this. In ONE session, my phobia was gone. GONE. I can't believe it. It really is too good to be true. It was scary to try something new, but totally worth it!"
